Ebony Wilkerson is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, March 17 at 1:15 p.m. on a motion to reduce bond.
The hearing will take place at the S. James Foxman Justice Center, 251 N. Ridgewood Ave., Daytona Beach before Circuit Judge Leah R. Case. It is estimated the hearing should take about 30 minutes.
Please be advised the Court will require pool cameras for all hearings in this case. The pool rules for this Circuit are one video camera and one still camera in the courtroom, with the video and photos to be shared with other media present.
In coordination with the Central Florida Media Committee, WFTV will be the pool for video.
As per Dave Sirak (Dave.Sirak@wftv.com): CFL Media Committee will attempt a live stream of bond hearing at: https://www.ustream.tv/channel/cflmedia
The live stream is experimental – there will not be a tech support # should the stream not be available for any reason. Please share this link with media outlets. There should not be a limit on capacity. WFTV TV will serve as video pool, on site distribution will be made after the hearing. Television outlets should plan on taking a SD-SDI feed after the hearing.
The Daytona Beach News-Journal has volunteered to be the pool for stills, as had been done during Ms. Wilkerson’s First Appearance.
Please also be advised that this particular courtroom has limited seating capacity. It would be helpful if you could let me know if you plan to attend the hearing, so that I may have a rough head count.
Thank you,
Ludi
