Questions to Jury Press Availability:
Journalists from media outlets with assigned seats in courtroom 5D will be provided with an index card to submit a question to be asked at the jury media availability in courtroom 1B. After the verdict is read journalists will be escorted to courtroom 1B where they will present their card to Michelle Kennedy. Ms. Kennedy will read the questions from the card at the podium. Members of the jury that chose to participate will be seated in the jury box of courtroom 1B

Parking:
The Central Florida Media Committee has issued more parking passes than spaces in the overflow lot over the course of the trial and parking is on a first come first served basis. Please park smart, pack a lunch and try and provide as much space for your fellow journalists as possible. Please consider car pooling and be advised that some of the early birds may get blocked in. If you need to leave park on the fringe of the lot. When the media lot is full cars mat be permitted to park in the main parking lot of the courthouse. Please do not park along Highway 17-92
Courtroom 5D:
Journalists from media outlets will sit in their assigned seats as used during the trial. Once proceedings being in courtroom 5D no persons will be permitted to enter the courtroom. Persons leaving courtroom 5D for any reason will not be allowed to return.
Pool Television Feed:During the reading of the verdict the audio will be of the clerk and the camera shot will be of the defendant. Other shots not seen live during the reading of the verdict will be replayed to the pool as soon as possible.
Courtroom 1B:As soon as the jury begins deliberating, seating in courtroom 1B will be limited to one representative from each of the 24 media outlets with assigned seating in courtroom 5D. The remaining seats in courtroom 1B will be assigned to media outlets not provided with an assigned seats in 5D and which have demonstrated coverage of this trial from courtroom 1B. Journalists with assigned seats in courtroom 5D will be escorted to their seats in 1B after the conclusion of court in 5D.Journalists with assigned seats in 5D will be provided with an index card and pen at their assigned seat to write a question for the jury or juror to be read by a court representative at the jury media availability in courtroom 1B. Members of the jury will be invited to participate but are under no obligation to do so.
Guilty Scenario:If the defendant is found guilty of any charge he will be remanded into custody. This could occur immediately at the conclusion of court, OR the judge could provide a window of time during which he would be required to report to the Seminole County Jail. Whenever this may occur, the Seminole County Jail has provided for a pool television photographer, pool print photographer and pool print reporter to observe and record the transfer of the defendant as he is brought into the jail’s sally port. All pool coverage of the arrival would be from outside of the jail facility, looking in to the sally port through the gated doors. Only the designated pool media will be allowed in the rear of the jail in the sally port area. Other media who are interested in broadcasting from the jail should park in the visitor parking area in front of the jail.
Not Guilty Scenario:If the defendant is found not guilty he will be released at the conclusion of court. The defendant will be invited to participate in the defense teams media availability. No pool arrangements for video or still photography of the departure of the defendant will be made.
REMINDER — Helicopter & Ground Photography of Security and Jury Movements:
Following the announcement of the verdict and the departure of persons from the Courthouse, the Seminole County Sheriff requests news helicopters and ground crews do not shoot and/or broadcast the rear of the Criminal Justice Center or any personnel or vehicles there. News helicopters should not, at any time, attempt to video and or broadcast the jurors, the transport vehicles used, or any locations/venues where the jurors may be transported to. The administrative order establishing the rules of sequestration will remain in effect after the trial and media outlets are cautioned not to violate this order.
